Career
Medical excellence begins with a constant drive to look beyond what is already known. Dr. Alejandro Navas Pérez has built a career defined by scientific research, teaching and the development of new solutions to preserve and restore the vision of his patients.
A graduate of the Universidad Panamericana, he trained as an ophthalmologist and completed his subspecialty in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at the Instituto de Oftalmología Fundación Conde de Valenciana. He rounded out his preparation with a postdoctoral stay at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York and a doctorate in Medical Sciences from the UNAM.
His academic leadership has led him to serve as Head of Education at the Instituto Conde de Valenciana, as editor of leading scientific journals and as an active member of respected national and international organizations. Beyond the recognition, he combines surgical precision, innovation and a close, human approach, offering personalized solutions with a commitment to protecting the vision and the peace of mind of every patient.
